Knowing What to Do and Acting Fast Saves Lives. Period.
It’s hard to think about these incidents, but you want to know what to do just in case. You’ve come to the right place.
You want to be as prepared as possible for whatever life throws your way. Get up-to-date information and hands-on experience for an event that is unpredictable and unfolds quickly.
From Columbine to the Clackamas Town Center, Sandy Hook to Club Q, the FBI reports mass shooting incidents are on the rise. Training for such a situation, one of the worst-case scenarios imaginable, is important because knowing what to do, making fast decisions and acting quickly saves lives.
This workshop is a simple one-hour Zoom presentation.
Follow it up (if you live near Portland, OR) with two hours of fighting practice. After discussion of such a serious and awful topic, the physical training is both cathartic and practical.
