Upcoming Classes 2023:
These are hybrid classes. Saturday class is on Zoom. Meet up the following week in person to practice yelling and striking techniques.
Saturday Zoom Class from 12:00-1:00 PM (pick the one that works for you)
- March 11
- June 17, or
- August 12
And then join us the following week for in-person drilling practice.
Monday and Wednesday, 6:45 to 7:45 PM at a Recreation Center in SW Portland
- March 13 & 15
- June 19 & 20
- August 14 & 16
This is a total of three hours of training; one on Zoom and two in person.
