An opportunity to renew, refocus, reflect and recommit.

What can I expect?

Using breath, movement, creativity, and immersion with the elements of fire, earth, air, and water, you will be guided along a spiritual journey to reconnect with your warrior spirit and recommit to your deepest self.

Pick your commitment and challenge level:

Three Hours

Breathing techniques and mindful movement reconnect your body and mind. For those continuing on, this will become the foundation of our time together.

Six Hours

All of the above plus a creative connection with the earth to deepen the integration of your body, mind, and spirit.

Twelve Hours

All of the above plus digging deeper using quiet movement to mindfully experience the element of air. Beginning fire meditation.

Twenty Four Hours

All of the above plus extended fire meditation under the stars. Water meditation along with continued guidance provides space and time to integrate your inspiration and renewal.

What else do I need to know?

All workshops will take place outside regardless of the weather so you will be asked to dress accordingly.

All food will be provided for you. Simply bring your open heart and mind.

After you register, Silvia will send you a brief questionnaire to help you focus and identify your intention for yourself over the course this journey.

Space is limited for obvious reasons.

Greet Midsummer: July 23-24

Prepare for Fall Equinox: September 17-18

Times:

Three Hours: Noon to 3 PM

Six Hours: Noon to 6 PM

Twelve Hours: Noon to Midnight

Twenty Four Hours: Noon to Noon
